Not interested in labor support but still want some help preparing for birth? We will meet once to talk about your goals and desires for this birth, unpack any fears you may have, and discuss tools for a better birth experience. I will then write up a birth plan for you with all of your preferences to be given to your provider and L&D staff during labor.

This package comes with one prenatal meeting per month from the time I am hired until you give birth. My goal is to form a relationship where you feel supported and cared for.

Continuous text and phone support as needed.

Continuous labor support from the time you choose until at least one hour after baby arrives.

A one to two week out postpartum visit where we will unpack your birth experience, and make sure you have all of the support you need for a peaceful and restorative postpartum experience.
